UniGame: Victory Arena

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 August 2026

UniGame: Victory Arena (the “App”) is a single-player deduction game for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains what the App does and does not do with your information. The short version: the App has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics and no advertising, and your game data stays on your device.

We do not collect, store or sell personal data. There is nothing to log in to, nothing is uploaded from your device to us, and nothing about how you play is transmitted anywhere.

1Information stored on your device

Everything the App remembers is written to the app’s private storage on your device and never leaves it. This includes:

Deleting the App removes all of it. There is no server-side copy for us to delete on your behalf.

2Camera and photo library

The App asks for camera or photo library access only at the moment you use a feature that needs it, and iOS shows you the reason. Access is used for four things: setting a player portrait, scanning your battlestation, forging a Sigil, and composing a Victory Card.

You can withdraw camera or photo access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security. The rest of the game continues to work without it.

3In-app purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. Payment details, your Apple Account and your billing information are handled by Apple and are never seen by, or shared with, us. We receive no payment data. Restoring purchases asks Apple which items your Apple Account already owns; it does not identify you to us. Apple’s handling of that transaction is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

4Network use

The App is playable fully offline. Where a build is configured with a league host, it may make a single request at launch to check whether a league notice has been published, and it may request public standings. These requests carry no account identifier and no information about you or your play; as with any internet request, the receiving server can see the connecting IP address and standard request metadata. Launch is never blocked on the result, and an unreachable host is simply ignored.

5What the App does not do

6Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and because it collects no personal information, it collects none from children. If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove anything we hold.

7Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and objection under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to look up, export or erase. Data held on your device is under your control: clearing it, or deleting the App, removes it permanently. You may still contact us with any request or question and we will respond.

8Contacting us

If you write to us through the support form, we receive what you choose to send — your email address, the reason you select and your message — and we use it only to answer you. We keep that correspondence no longer than needed to resolve your request, and we do not use it for marketing.

9Security

Game data is stored in the App’s sandboxed container, protected by iOS file protection and by your device passcode or biometric lock. Because nothing is transmitted to us, there is no server of ours holding your information.

10Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date. Material changes will also be described in the App’s release notes.
